Review of Swowi

The worst housing accommodation management I have ever experienced in my life. They communicate via email and are very rude. They are clearly only interested in making money and not keeping their tenants happy. There is no contact number to contact them directly so unfortunately you have to email them. Winterthur is a beautiful place and the university of Zhaw is excellent but it is such a shame that students can only get accommodation via SWOWI. I only hope and pray somebody creates a new housing management system here.
