Review of Conte Verena

Unprofessional accountant. She first ask for being paid before doing any job. Never seen anthing like this. She did my taxes in 2013 I was therefore a customer of her. Example of my issue: Now I received a letter for my taxes. I send her an email asking her what was written, because my German is not that good. She replied to my emails 5 WEEKS later by a bill of CHF 324.- that I have to pay her before doing any job. I called her to tell her that I would pay her but at least she could give me a glimps of the letter. No she did not want. I therefore told her that is it not professional from her and hang up the phone. FYI I paid CHF 1'000 plus for the 2013 tax delcaration !
